Mom’s Party Rental allocates a donation budget to support events and charities that benefit our local communities in areas like Miami, Cutler Bay, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Kendall and other surrounding areas.

We can only support a limited number of organizations and prefer to donate to fundraisers and other events that help people in need. If you are a local organization needing rentals for such an event, please fill out the form below and complete a wish list for consideration.

All organizations requesting a donation, monetary or otherwise, must fill out the Donation/Sponsorship Request Form (DSR Form). The DSR Form will be reviewed by the owner(s) of Mom’s Party Rental for approval. ALL DSR Forms must be received at least 30 days prior to event for consideration.

If your request is approved, you must adhere to the following:

• Mom’s Party Rental must be mentioned in any print media associated with event and a copy of the print media sent to Mom’s Party Rental.

• If appropriate for the event, a Mom’s Party Rental banner will be provided for display.

• Mom’s Party Rental does not donate labor, delivery fees and may charge any applicable cleaning or permits.

• All donations will be evaluated on a case by case basis for approval.
