Thing you should know when renting this Dunk Tank:
- Please note you will need a 6 foot path to where the Dunk Tank will be installed.
- Dunk tank cannot be carried, lifted over any steps or fence because it weighs over 600 lbs.
- It takes 1 to 2 hours to fill up the dunk tank. We DO NOT provide the water.
- Your water hose must reach all the way through where the tank will be installed.
- An adult must be present at all times supervising this game.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: How do you set up the dunk tank?
We need a 6ft path clearance all the way to where the tank will be installed. It cannot be lifted over fences or steps.
Question: What if my event is indoors and we can’t drain the dunk tank afterwards?
Answer: This is an additional cost, not included with the tank rental. We are able to rent you a submersible water pump so we will be able to direct the water wherever you need it drained in the event you can’t drain the dunk tank in the same location it is being used. You may choose any location up to 50ft away where it would be drained.
Question: Can I throw the ball at the target when the dunk tank has not been filled with water?
Answer: No. We encourage customers to not throw the softballs at the target when the dunk tank is not filled with water. When the dunk tank is full of water, it will help to soften the blow of the seat against the vinyl liner.
Question: What is the weight limit for the dunk tank?
Answer: The dunk tank seat is rated up to 250 lbs.
Question: Do I need to supply my own throwing balls?
Answer: No, The dunk tank comes with a set of four yellowish, neon green softballs.
Question: Is it difficult to set up the dunk tank? How long does it take?
Answer: It literally takes only about 10 minutes to assemble the dunk tank. We do all the hard work.
Question: How long does it take to fill the dunk tank?
Answer: Depending on the water pressure, it usually takes 40 to 60 minutes to fill the dunk tank. A full tank is approximately 400 gallons of water.
