▦Booking & payments
How do I book a rental?
Choose your event date and location, browse the available rentals, and review your order before checkout. Need a hand choosing? Call us at 786-413-7764.
Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?
A cart is not a confirmed reservation. Complete the required booking steps and look for your order confirmation. Contact us if you are unsure whether an order went through.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
Check the payment schedule shown with your quote or checkout. It explains the deposit, balance, and due dates for your order. Please review the rental policy before paying.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the methods offered at checkout or listed on your quote. If you need another payment arrangement, ask our office before booking.
How long is the rental period?
Confirm the start and end times on your quote or order. Ask us about extra time or overnight use before booking; availability and additional charges depend on the rental.
What should I check before paying?
Review the rental items, date, event address, times, delivery charges, any extras, and the cancellation terms. Let us know about gates, steps, or access restrictions before the order is finalized.
↗Delivery & setup
Do you deliver to my address?
Enter your event location when checking availability, or send us the exact address. Confirm any delivery charges and access requirements before booking.
Can I rent equipment for a park?
Check the park’s permit, vendor, power, and access rules first. Send us its requirements so we can confirm whether the requested setup can be arranged.
How much setup space do I need?
Use the setup-area measurements on the product page, including height clearance—not just the inflatable’s dimensions. Send photos and measurements if you are unsure.
Can you set up indoors or on a hard surface?
Tell us about the surface, ceiling height, entrances, and available space. We need to confirm that the selected equipment and its anchoring requirements are suitable for the site.
How should I prepare the area?
Clear the setup area and delivery route of furniture, debris, pet waste, and other obstacles. Tell us about slopes, stairs, narrow gates, overhead obstructions, and underground utilities.
How long will setup and pickup take?
Timing varies with the equipment, access, and size of the order. Share your event schedule and venue restrictions so the team can discuss the delivery and pickup plan.
ϟPower, water & equipment
Do I need to provide electricity?
Check the power requirements for each rental and tell us where the outlets are. Ask us to confirm the electrical setup before booking; do not assume one outlet will support multiple rentals.
Do water slides need a water connection?
Share the location of your water supply and ask us to confirm the connection and hose requirements for the slide you choose. Plan for drainage and a clear hose route.
Can I move the inflatable after setup?
Do not move the inflatable or alter its anchors, blower, or electrical setup yourself. Contact our team if the placement needs to change.
What if the blower stops or the inflatable loses air?
Stop play and help everyone exit immediately and safely. Keep people out and contact our team. Do not resume use until the problem has been resolved in line with the equipment instructions.
☂Weather & changes
What if bad weather is forecast?
Contact us before the event to discuss your order. Weather-related changes follow the terms accepted with your booking; do not assume that a forecast automatically cancels the reservation.
What if the weather turns unsafe during the event?
Stop play and help everyone leave the inflatable safely. Keep it closed during unsafe wind, lightning, heavy rain, or other hazardous conditions. Follow the operating instructions and contact our team before resuming; wiping it dry alone does not make it safe.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Availability, charges, and refund or credit eligibility depend on your accepted booking terms. Read the rental, rescheduling and cancellation policy and have your order number ready.
What if I do not use the equipment?
Unused equipment does not automatically qualify for a refund. Your rental agreement determines what applies to your order. Contact us promptly if there is a problem with the equipment.
✓Safe use & event planning
Who supervises the inflatable?
Arrange active, responsible adult supervision whenever it is in use. Follow the equipment’s age, size, occupancy, and operating limits. Ask about staffing requirements before booking; delivery and setup are not the same as event supervision.
Can children of different ages play together?
Follow the rental’s posted limits and separate participants by similar size and ability. Avoid mixing small children with much larger users. A supervisor must control entry and prevent overcrowding.
What should stay out of the inflatable?
Follow the rules given at setup. Keep food, drinks, sharp objects, and items not intended for the equipment out of the play area. Do not use paint, markers, or silly string on rental equipment.
Could there be cleaning or damage charges?
Extra cleaning or damage may lead to charges under your rental agreement. Ask about the terms before booking and report spills or damage promptly. Do not apply cleaning products or attempt repairs without guidance.
Can you help with a school or large event?
Yes—share the date, location, guest count, ages, and schedule. For school events, our school-event planner can help you organize the details before contacting us.
What if my venue needs insurance or vendor documents?
Send the exact paperwork requirements and submission deadline before booking. Ask our office to confirm which documents can be supplied and whether the venue has any additional approval requirements.
These answers are a planning guide. Your confirmed quote, checkout disclosures, rental agreement, and equipment instructions govern your booking. Review the rental policy.
