Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a rental, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, event date and address, rental choices, delivery/access instructions, billing and transaction details, and communications. The website also records technical information needed to operate and protect it, such as IP address, browser and referring page.
Delivery and service records may include the agreement copy you reviewed, typed or drawn signature, signer name and stated role, acceptance statements, capture and receipt times, order/setup details, proof-of-service photographs and incident information. Please avoid including unnecessary information about guests or children in messages or photographs. We do not use delivery signatures as a biometric identity-verification service.
Online card details are entered through Stripe’s payment form. We receive payment status and transaction references, not your full card number.
How information is used
We use information to answer questions, confirm availability, deliver and collect rentals, manage payments and credits, provide support, document agreement acceptance and equipment handover, address safety incidents, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and maintain required records. Proof-of-service photos are operational records, not permission to use your event or guests in advertising. Any optional promotional/photo permission should be requested separately. Optional analytics or advertising uses the related consent controls when enabled.
Service providers
The website uses WordPress, WooCommerce and SRS. Hosting, email, payment and other operational service providers process information needed to perform their roles. Stripe handles online payment processing and its related fraud/authentication services; its payment form may offer supported wallet choices. See Stripe’s privacy notice for its practices.
Where mapping or route features are used, delivery addresses and necessary location details may be processed by those services. Some pages use Google-hosted fonts. Links to social networks take you to their services when selected. We may also disclose relevant records to our insurer, professional advisers, authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary for a claim, safety matter, legal obligation or protection of rights. We do not publish private agreement links or service photos as public customer records.
Cookies and analytics
Essential website and payment technologies support your cart, checkout, account and transaction security. Stripe may use cookies or device signals for fraud prevention and authentication. Optional Google/Meta measurement is not enabled by this policy update. See our Cookie Notice for browser storage and choices. Authorized delivery staff may temporarily store assigned work and proof on their devices for offline operation until it syncs; access and retention are limited operationally rather than treating that storage as an advertising tool.
Choices and contact
Contact info@momspartyrental.com or 786-413-7764 about information connected to you, a correction, an agreement copy or a deletion request. We may need to verify your connection to a record before sharing or changing it. We keep information as needed for the rental, accounting, safety, insurance, legal obligations and the handling or defense of claims; retention depends on the record, applicable requirements and any active dispute. Deletion may not be available immediately for those records. We do not promise a fixed deletion date for every record.
Blocking essential browser storage can interrupt booking, payment or login. Please contact us if you need a non-electronic or accessible way to review a document.
Updates
We update this notice when our website or service providers change. The date above identifies the current public version. If you have a privacy question, call 786-413-7764 or email us.
