Information we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a rental, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, event date and location, rental choices, delivery instructions, and messages. Orders also include billing and transaction details. Our website records basic technical information such as IP address, browser, referring page, and activity needed to run and protect the site.
Card information is entered through Stripe’s payment form. We receive payment status and transaction details, not your full card number.
How information is used
We use this information to answer questions, confirm availability, deliver and pick up equipment, manage payments and credits, support your order, prevent fraud, and keep accounting records. Optional measurement or advertising is only used when the related tools and consent controls are enabled.
Service providers
Our website runs on WordPress, WooCommerce, and SRS. Our hosting and email providers help operate it. Stripe processes online payments and may use security tools, including hCaptcha, during checkout. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available through Stripe. These services receive the information needed for their role; see Stripe’s privacy notice for its own practices.
Some pages load Google-hosted fonts. Links to social networks take you to those services only when you choose to follow them.
Cookies and analytics
Essential website and payment technologies keep your cart, checkout, account, and transaction security working. Stripe may use cookies or similar signals for fraud prevention and authentication. V4 has Google and Meta measurement settings available, but optional analytics and advertising tags are not currently active without the required consent setup. See our Cookie Notice for more detail.
Choices and contact
Contact info@momspartyrental.com to ask about information connected to you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where possible. We keep booking and transaction records as needed to serve the order, handle refunds or disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations; those records may not be immediately removable. Browser settings can limit cookies, but blocking essential storage can interrupt booking or payment.
